Querência is a novelty in the market, derived from Juporanga, improved for better results in color and productivity. With a cycle of 160/180 days in direct seeding and 170/190 days in conventional planting, its dark brown globular bulb has excellent tunic retention and disease resistance. Estimated production is 55 tons per hectare, with very good storage capacity.
