Developed by EPAGRI of Ituporanga, the SCS379 Robusta is more tolerant to pests and diseases, requiring fewer pesticides and offering higher productivity in conventional, organic, or agroecological crops. With a cycle of 160/165 days in direct seeding and 150/155 days in conventional planting, its orange bulb has excellent tunic retention. Estimated production is 52 tons per hectare, with very good storage capacity.
